Wonderful large signed pair of antique Japanese satsuma vases Meiji c 1880 10

  

AMAZING RARE LARGE TRUE PAIR OF ANTIQUE JAPANESE THE FINEST QUALITY HAND PAINTED SATSUMA VASES. WONDERFUL DRAGONS AROUND NECKS IN RELIEF. SHIMAZU CLAN MOONS ON VASES. VERY GOOD CONDITION (PLEASE READ THE CONDITION REPORT PROVIDED BELOW).

EARLY MEIJI PERIOD 19th CENTURY. HEIGHT : 25.4 cm/ 10" AND 25.3 cm/ 9 15/16". NET WEIGHT : 1.311 kg AND 1.281 kg TOTAL: 2.592 kg. Very good condition, no hairlines, no restoration. Typically wear and tear of the gilding however the gilding is in surprisingly good condition.

Only one horn of the dragon is chipped away. Please check carefully all high quality pictures provided as they form part of description. PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE ITEMS!
