Vintage Antique Pair Signed Japanese Watercolor Paintings Ship Sail Boat Scenes

  

The wood and backing of the frames show wear and tear and paper loss / cardboard loss / chipped off pieces of wood and dirt to frame and on and in glass. The wire that would hang the painting on the back of one frame is broken. The frames are less than 17x9" with the actual paintings about 11x4" - Please see close up of signature of each as I have no clue if this is a listed artist or not - Please see pics for best judgement of condition.
