VERY Rare pair vintage 1960s 1970s brutalist style ceramic pottery sculpture

  
A pair of VERY rare vintage retro 1960s/1970s brutalist style wall art sculptures. Pieces are done in pottery clay ceramic and assembled in a striking abstract formation. If you have been looking for great looking brutalist art you are aware of how rare these are to find.

These pieces were hand made even the frames were hand cut too by the artist. One of the sculptures has a more rustic earthy volcanic effect patina and the other has an irridescent glow to the piece. One of the pieces (the rustic one in photo#4) is signed as shown but I can't make out the signature.

Each sculpture is contained in its original wooden frame measuring 21 3/4 X 11 1/2 inches and weights about 10 pds each. These pieces would make a superb addition to any great brutalist style art collection or home.

Inside the pieces there is also copper wire shown as part of the abstract.
