Mid-20th century, Post-WWII, Atomic era Ame ri can vintage hand painted, decorated porcelain ceramic electric table lamps. 27 1/4" full Height x 4 1/2" Width x 6 base Width. For sale is this pair of very clean, estate fresh and new to the marketplace, upright, tubular porcelain ceramic mid-20th century, post-WWII, Atomic-era Ame ri can vintage table lamps, with hand painted marching band theme, in red and black enamel, with gold gilt slip paint. The monumental, tubular upright electrical table lamps are both in working order and were manufactured by Le Claire sometime between 1950 to 1960.

Hand painted by'Lyn,' the 27 1/4 tall table lamps are wonderfully well-preserved and don't suffer from any hairline cracks, flea-bites, stains, abrasions, enamel paint loss or surface abrasions. The lamps also aren't discolored by tobacco tar, as is often seen on lamps of this vintage pedigree. The lamp sidewalls aren't lithograph printed but are rather hand painted with both matte red and black enamel paint, as well as glossy gold gilt reflective slip paint, that causes reflective surface flux. The pair's a natural one and were found without their original lampshades. They're however, in excellent condition.

Now 65 to 70 years old. The pair of table lamps take modern LED bulbs and only need a pair of lampshades of your choice to finish them. Signed by the decorator and with a metallic paper label's maker's mark affixed to the lamp's lower sidewall.

They're ready to go on each side of a credenza, chest of drawers or end tables on each side of a sofa or bed. What's illuminating your cave or palace? Very Good to Excellent overall vintage condition.
