Rare pair of hand painted lamps with metal footed bases. The hand paintings signed on each "Louis".
Cream colored porcelain with hand painted florals and gold golding. Asymmetrical Art Nouveau type of form on these porcelain lamps.
The porcelain sits on a reticulated cabriolet footed brass colored metal base. Each has a patterned white shade. Although not marked for the maker, the lamps remind me of 1920s German Royal Rudolstadt, or an Austria maker, or possibly English Royal Worcester. Rare and hard to find signed pair. One small upper brass finial is damaged missing very top ball(pictured). Price is for the pair of matching lamps with shades. I highly recommend having electrical looked at by electrician before using. Works and appears in good condition, but always good to have checked before using. The lamps are fabulous with a great form and style. Measures just over 23 3/4 tall to top of the finial. Please look at pictures as they are considered part of description.
