Pair of Antique/Vintage Chinese Watercolour Paintings on Silk - Artist Signed & Dated - GeishasGeisha Women - Collector Collectible China Art - Maximalist Maximalism Decor. Mounted on card with decorative 3.5cm patterned silk border mount. 28.5cm x 24.5cm approx (11.25" x 9.75" approx). Depict two tranquil scenes featuring geishas, one reclining on a mat, the other by a tree.

Delicately painted muted with fine detailing in a simple colour palette. The inscription reads'September of Wuwu', the cyclical year mark, in this case either 1978 or 1918. She Qing' likely refers to the artist. There is a black printed stamp on the reverse which confirms'Handpainting Made in China'. The paintings have been extremely well cared for.

They are not perfect but are very good, as shown. I have photographed each quadrant of each picture close up for you. A good pair of antique/vintage authentic Chinese silk paintings in very good overall condition. Will arrive carefully and securely packaged.
