A fine pair of Chinese Export Silver cuff bracelets. With Lion's Head sides, bands of repousse bird decorations, repousse bats, and engraved koi fish & water lily designs. The lions have the Chinese character for king on their foreheads reminiscent of King Yama/Yan, the Buddhist & Taoist King of Hell. The bracelets are secured with removable hinged sides. Simply a stunning pair of Chinese silver bracelets! Late 19th or Early 20th Century. They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There are a few light indentions throughout. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Marked to the inside of each bracelet with Made in China / No.
