Mid 20th Century German School Artist M. Kraub Signed, on lower left, these 2 Marvelous Portraits in matching gold frames. They are Original Oils on Masonite boards. Warm tones and Naturalistic posing of an older man taking his pipe with a Schnapps and of that same man knitting with a different pipe in the crook of his mouth.

In both images he has a warm smile and appears to have a slight twinkle in his eyes, pleased with his activities. 2" Wide, 1 3/4" Deep, Carved Corner Antiqued Gold scoop moulding is included complementary in this listing and are in Good Vintage condition with cracks in the lower left corners and some signs of age appropriate wear. Image opening measures 6 1/2 X 7 1/2 and are in Good to Very Good condition. Outside measure of the frames are 10 1/4 X 11 1/2 and both are in Good condition w/ minor signs of wear and a nick or two.
