A deftly crafted pair of late 19th c. Neo-Classical scenic wood inlaid marquetry panels, most probably Italian in origin and each signed lower left illegibly. Excellent subject matter, very reminiscent of the Pre-Raphaelite paintings from the period. Each panel measures approximately 7.25" x 9.5".
