I just got this info from a very helpful eBayer. Very rare to not be a dish, plate, or bowl. She had studios in Hyannis, Cape Cod and Nantucket and Key West back in the 1960's. The enameling is beautiful the jeweling amazing. I showed the artist signature it was difficult for me to read if I could read Japanese could probably been able to. The plaques both measure 5x7 inches. These truly are special and great additions to your art collection.
