It is signed "Hachette" or something similar. The top porcelain piece is a tiny bit loose as I think the glue is old. There is a mark on the left side of the painting, and the brass trim could be polished, No chips, cracks, crazing. Please examine all the photos - there are 25 - as they are an essential part of the description.
