Antique Oil Painting Couple Dancing In A Tavern

  

Fantastic antique oil painting on canvas of a dancing couple in a tavern. The painting is signed in the lower left corner, but the signature has faded. The painting measures 12 7/8 tall x 9 1/2 wide inside the wood and gesso frame.

The frame is roughly 20" × 17" × 4. The gilt gesso on the front of the frame is damaged and crumbling, please see photos.

There are no holes or patches on the back of the painting itself. The painting is in good antique condition with craquelure and dust. Be prepared to either replace the frame or have this one repaired.
