Antique 19thC European Artist Palette Clock with French Couple. An Antique (circa late 1800s, early 1900) Artist Palette Clock. The Clock has a hand painted china face decorated with a French Couple. The back housing for the clock works is brass and is signed "Modele Depose Empoli Sousle No 19567". The clock measures 10 3/8" x 8 1/4".

It is in fair condition with wear to the gilt on the dial and edges, the rest of the painting is good. The stand was repaired on the back and there is no pendulum or key so I don't know if it works, assume it doesn't. The Clock has a lovely decorative look of the Artist's Palette.
