Companion figurines of a fisherman "Pecheur" and a shrimp fisher-woman " Pecheuse de Crevettes". Depicted standing on rocky naturalistic bases. Both wearing 19th century traditional for their trade clothing. Basket full with fish in his feet. Rolled fishing net in her hands and an empty basket in her feet. Impressed in cursive in French "Pecheur" and " Pecheuse de Crevettes" respectively. Impressed signatures on the left side of the base reading Eugene Blot Pere (father). The characteristic for the artist subjects are "types locaux" local type people of the Northern French coast.
