This is a nice set of two antique dead game hunting art paintings of ducks. The items are hand painted originals by a talented artist (see photos). The items are framed in decorative matching antique Oak picture frames (see photos).

The items are antique and they are from a nice estate (see photos). The paintings are pastels or Watercolor and Gouache original works of art painted on paper or artist paper cardboard (see photos). The paintings look to me to be American in origin. The paintings are signed by the artist (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker).

The paintings are oriented to hang vertically as the game birds are hanging from a painted nail on each painting (see photos). Each painting in total measures about 2 feet 9 inches high and each is about 1 foot 7 and 1/2 inches wide from side to side. The opening for the painting without including the picture frame on each measures about 2 feet 3 inches high and each is about 12 and 3/4ths inches wide.

The artwork is nicely done by a talented artist (see photos). Glass is easy to replace and antique art is not. The picture frame has some losses, some scuffs, some scratches and some wear (see photos). The paintings have some stains to the paper or cardboard and some signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This item would be a nice candidate for restoration and repair.
